Ingredients

lactose-free butter 20%, lactose-free rehydrated milk 14.5%, sugar, potato starch, natural yeast (water, rice flour, corn starch, salt, lactic ferments (lactobacillus)), corn starch, rice flour, eggs cat. A, brewer’s yeast, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (rapeseed), humectants: glycerol, sorbitol; thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum; salt, flavouring. Surface treated with alcohol. May contain traces of: nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), soy and peanuts.
The lactose content is less than 0.1 g per 100 g. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the breakdown of lactose.
