Ingredients

lactose-free butter 16%, rice flour, rehydrated lactose-free milk 12.5%, egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast (water, corn starch, rice flour, salt, lactic ferments (lactobacillus)), corn starch, 6% chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla flavouring), brewer’s yeast, humectants: sorbitol; thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; flavouring, cocoa butter, salt. Surface treated with alcohol.
May contain traces of: nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios) and peanuts. The lactose content is less than 0.1 g per 100 g. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the breakdown of lactose.
