Ingredients

water, mix of flours 18.5% (wholemeal teff flour 5%, wholemeal rice flour 4%, gluten-free oat flour, wholemeal buckwheat flour 3%, corn flour), corn starch, humectant: glycerol; potato starch, sunflower seed oil, emulsifiers: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin; thickeners: carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, xanthan gum; vegetable fibers (guar, potato, pea, psyllium, bamboo, flax); concentrated fruit juice, rice starch; raising agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), salt, acidifier: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; aroma. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and sunlight. Once the package is opened, store in the refrigerator (max 4° C) and consume within 2 days.
